Deployer minting

Not yet implemented.

Calling mint or airdrop methods as the deployer (or owner) will allow you to mint tokens after you've deployed a contract.

Seedchain will support minting via proxy functions for:

• The contract deployer
• The owner of a contract, if your contract implements the Ownable standard
